Our products are currently shipped to serviceable pin codes within India only. By placing an order, you confirm that your delivery address falls within our active delivery network. Product images on our website are provided for illustrative purposes and represent the product as closely as possible. However, the actual color, texture, or finish of a product may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in display settings, monitor calibration, screen resolution, and lighting conditions during photography. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation and do not qualify as a basis for return or refund unless the product received materially differs from its published description in specification, function, or category.

4.3 Product Availability and Stock

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. While we endeavor to keep stock levels accurate in real time, it is possible in rare instances that a product shown as available may be out of stock at the time your order is processed. In such situations, we will:

Notify you promptly via email or phone about the stock unavailability.
Offer you the option to wait for restocking, choose an alternative product of equal or greater value, or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Process any applicable refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Puroque reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any product at any time without prior notice. Product changes, if any, will be reflected in the updated listing on our website. No claims shall arise against Roziyo Trading Private Limited on account of discontinuation of a product from our catalog after a lawful purchase has been completed and delivered.

Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

5.1 Display Currency

All product prices displayed on the Puroque website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not accept payment in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion facility is offered by us. International transactions, if any, are subject to your bank or card issuer's exchange rate and fee policies, which are entirely outside our control.

5.2 GST and Applicable Taxes

Roziyo Trading Private Limited is a GST-registered business with GST Number 09AAKCR0819D1ZG. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian law, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout. No additional hidden taxes are applied at checkout beyond what is displayed.

GST Invoice Availability

A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every purchase made on Puroque. Your invoice will be sent to the email address registered at the time of placing the order. If you require a GST invoice for business expense claims or input tax credit purposes, please ensure your GSTIN is provided at checkout. Invoices are also accessible from your account dashboard.

5.3 Price Changes

Puroque reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, the price applicable at the time of that confirmed order will be honored. We will not retroactively apply a price increase to a confirmed and paid order. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund while notifying you of the correction.

5.4 Promotional Prices and Discounts

Discounts, sale prices, coupon codes, and promotional offers are time-limited and available at our sole discretion. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders. Discount codes cannot be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated at the time of the promotion. Puroque is not responsible for typographical errors in promotional materials and reserves the right to correct such errors without liability.

Placing an Order

6.1 Order Process

Placing an order on Puroque is a straightforward process. Here is how it works step by step:

Browse our product catalog and select the item(s) you wish to purchase. Review the product description, specifications, images, and price carefully before proceeding.

Step 2

Add selected items to your shopping cart. You may update quantities or remove items from your cart at any point before proceeding to checkout.

Step 3

Proceed to checkout and provide accurate delivery information, including your full name, complete delivery address, state, pin code, and a valid contact number.

Step 4

Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment transaction. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and verified.

Step 5

Upon successful payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation email at your registered email address. This email contains your unique Order ID, a summary of items ordered, the delivery address, and the expected dispatch timeline.

6.2 Order Confirmation and Contract Formation

The receipt of an Order Confirmation email does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of your order by Puroque. A binding sales contract between you and Roziyo Trading Private Limited is formed only when your order has been formally accepted, the items have been verified as available, and your shipment has been dispatched with a valid tracking number provided to you. Until dispatch confirmation is sent, we reserve the right to cancel your order if the product is found to be out of stock, if payment verification fails, or if we detect any potential fraudulent activity associated with the transaction.

6.3 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the name of the logistics partner and a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to monitor the real-time delivery status of your order directly on the logistics partner's website. Payment Terms

Puroque offers multiple secure payment methods to ensure a convenient and seamless checkout experience for all our customers. Full details are available on our Payment Policy page. Below is a summary of our payment terms:

Payment Security

All online transactions on Puroque are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store, access, or retain any of your sensitive card or banking credentials on our servers. All payment data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Puroque will never ask you for your card PIN, OTP, CVV, or internet banking password through any channel including email, phone, or live chat.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select products and to serviceable pin codes, subject to order value limits and logistics partner availability. If COD is available for your order, this option will appear at checkout. The exact COD amount, inclusive of any applicable handling fee, will be clearly displayed before you confirm the order. Once a COD order has been dispatched, cancellation is subject to our Order Cancellation Policy.

Payment Failure

If your payment fails or is declined during checkout, the order will not be confirmed, and no amount will be debited to your account. However, in some cases, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on the amount, which is typically released within 5 to 7 business days by your financial institution. If you believe a payment was deducted but your order was not confirmed, please contact us immediately at support@puroque.com with your transaction reference number so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to use fraudulent payment credentials, stolen cards, or manipulated payment data will result in immediate order cancellation and reporting of the incident to the appropriate law enforcement authorities in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable provisions of Indian law.

Shipping and Delivery

Full details regarding our shipping timelines, delivery charges, and logistics partners are provided in our Shipping Policy. The following is a summary of our core shipping terms:

Delivery Locations

We currently ship exclusively to delivery addresses within India. Our logistics network covers most major cities, towns, and a large number of rural pin codes. You may confirm deliverability to your specific pin code at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Processing and Dispatch Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmed payment. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3 to 5 business days for most locations within India. Remote areas and certain pin codes may require additional transit time. These estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm payment. Where free shipping is offered on qualifying orders, the applicable threshold will be communicated on the product page or during checkout. We do not apply hidden shipping charges after an order is placed.

Delivery Signature and Inspection

We strongly recommend that you inspect the outer packaging of your order at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened, please record a video of the condition of the package before opening it. Report any such issues to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or video evidence at support@puroque.com.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want every customer to be satisfied with their Puroque purchase. Our complete Refund and Return Policy is available for your review. The key terms are summarized below:

9.1 Return Eligibility Window

A return request must be initiated within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted beyond this window may not be accepted. To initiate a return, contact us at support@puroque.com or call +91 89206 17282 during business hours.

9.2 Conditions for Accepting Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any signs of wear, installation, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

All original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and components included at the time of purchase must be returned intact and undamaged.

The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation email or invoice number.

An unboxing video must be provided in cases where the return is for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. This helps us assess the claim efficiently and without dispute.

9.3 Non-Returnable Products

The following categories of products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive in a damaged or defective condition:

Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the listing page
Products that have been partially or fully assembled or installed
Items with broken seals or removed hygiene stickers where applicable
Products purchased during clearance or limited-time flash sale events

9.4 Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the outcome of the return assessment. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment instrument used for the original transaction:

9.5 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video. We will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you and process either a replacement or a full refund depending on availability and your preference. Order Cancellation Policy

The complete Order Cancellation Policy is available on our website. The key provisions are as follows:

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at support@puroque.com or call +91 89206 17282 during business hours with your Order ID. If the cancellation request is received and approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled directly. In such cases, you may refuse delivery at the door, or wait for the item to be delivered and then initiate a return request under our Refund Policy. The refund, if applicable, will be processed after the item is returned to our warehouse and inspected.

Cancellation by Puroque

Puroque reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. Situations in which we may cancel an order include but are not limited to: product unavailability, failure to verify payment, detected fraudulent activity, incomplete or incorrect delivery information, restriction on delivery to the provided pin code, or violation of these Terms of Service. In all such cases where payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

COD Order Cancellation

For Cash on Delivery orders, you may cancel before dispatch by contacting us. Repeated cancellations of COD orders after dispatch may result in future COD privileges being restricted for your account. Puroque reserves the right to enforce this measure to protect operational integrity and logistics partner relationships.

Warranty and Product Guarantee

11.1 Manufacturer Warranty

Certain products sold by Puroque may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Where a manufacturer's warranty is applicable, the warranty period, scope of coverage, and claim procedure will be specified in the product listing, on the product packaging, or in the warranty documentation included with the shipment. Manufacturer warranties are honored directly by the respective product manufacturer and Puroque acts as a facilitator in connecting customers with the appropriate warranty service provider.

11.2 Puroque Seller Guarantee

Independent of manufacturer warranty, Puroque provides the following seller-level assurance on all products dispatched from our warehouse:

All products dispatched are genuine and sourced through verified supply chains. We do not deal in counterfeit, refurbished, or replica goods.

Products are quality-checked by our team before being packed and dispatched to ensure they match the listed specifications.

In the event of a manufacturing defect discovered within the seller guarantee period (if specified in the product listing), we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

11.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty claims will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow product care and usage instructions
Physical damage caused by the customer or a third party after delivery
Wear and tear from normal use over time
