Payment Failed but Money Was Deducted

Don't panic! This is usually a temporary authorization hold by your bank:

  • 💰 The amount will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days
  • 🏦 This is a bank-side hold, not an actual deduction
  • 📧 If not refunded within 7 days, email us with your transaction ID
  • ⚡ We'll investigate and coordinate with the payment gateway immediately

Payment Gateway Errors

Try these quick fixes:

  • 🌐 Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

Card Declined

Common reasons and solutions:

  • Incorrect details: Double-check card number, expiry date, CVV
  • 🚫 Online transactions disabled: Contact your bank to enable online payments
  • 💸 Insufficient balance: Check your available balance/credit limit
  • 🌍 International card: Ensure international transactions are enabled
  • 🔒 Bank security block: Your bank may have flagged the transaction - call them to authorize
  • Expired card: Check if your card is still valid

UPI/Net Banking Issues

  • ✅ Ensure bank account is active with sufficient balance
  • 🔌 Check if your bank's app/website is working
  • 📶 Verify stable internet connection
  • ⏰ Try again after 5-10 minutes (bank servers may be busy)
  • 🔄 Restart your UPI app if notification doesn't appear

  • ✓ Transaction ID or payment reference number
  • ✓ Payment method used (UPI/Card/Net Banking/etc.)

🔄 Refunds & Cancellations

For detailed information about refunds and order cancellations:

  • 💳 Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method (card/UPI/wallet)
  • 💵 COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe to save my card for future purchases?

Yes! Card tokenization (saving cards) is managed by RBI-compliant payment gateways using secure tokenization. Your actual card details are never stored - only a secure token is saved for your convenience.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Currently, we support one payment method per order.

Do you charge any transaction fees?

No! We don't charge any transaction fees for online payments (UPI/Cards/Net Banking/Wallets). 

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Unfortunately, payment method cannot be changed after order confirmation. If you need to change it, you'll need to cancel the order (if not yet shipped) and place a new one.

How do I get my GST invoice?

Your tax invoice is:

  • Sent to your email after payment confirmation
  • Included physically in your package
